Wholegood Organic Aubergine

£7.44 per kg, Our Organic Aubergines come from Spain, Italy, France and for a few months in the summer - the UK. Our Aubergines vary a lot in shape and size - We guarantee a minimum weight of 250 grams. So sometime you may et two in a pack but generally its one. At Wholegood we focus on seasonal produce with as much produce coming from the UK as possible. This is of course easier in the summer months than say January but we always do our best. We also work closely with growers in Italy, France and Spain. We never airfreight. You might be wondering who we are... We are organic wholesalers in London sourcing some of the finest produce in the land for restaurants, retailers and schools. We are delighted to now be including homes in to the mix by working exclusively with Ocado to deliver out fruit, vegetables and salads. We have always loved the idea of delivering to homes but didnt like the leave it outside your front door in the rain part of the business but the problem is solved with Ocados super-duper one-hour delivery slots.
