Natoora Fresh Cherries

£24.95 per kg, We start our cherry season sourcing from France, Spain and Italy, where the favourable weather has produced large quantities of consistently sweet fruit early in the season. As the weather warms in the UK we move to a small cooperative of growers in Evesham, who also grow green asparagus for us in the spring. Each tree is carefully covered to protect the crop from the summer rain, and all the fruit is harvested by hand. As each variety of cherry comes to maturity at a different time in the season, the cooperative cultivate 20 different varieties. This ensures a continual supply of cherries at their peak throughout the season.Natoora sources fruit & vegetables grown for flavour, supplying you with the same produce used by top chefs.
