Thats why were the Kings of Low and Slow! We cook our ribs for you using a method called sous vide. Sous Vide is French for under vacuum. This is the cooking method of marinating meat then vacuum sealing it and steam cooking at a low temperature for hours to guarantee the ribs will be succulent and tender, cooking in their own juices for unbeatable flavour. Serving suggestion: After heating through and drizzling the sauce, why not cut the rib into individual ribs or Riblets and serve as part of a buffet or for snacking!
