Grown in ideal climatic conditions, the two varieties harmonise to produce a deep, rich red wine, with intense plum, sloe and morello cherry flavours. Well balanced, with a long, clean finish, this wine can be enjoyed on its own or as an ideal accompaniment to roast and grilled meats, rich casseroles and full flavoured cheeses. Our red wines are classified 1 (light) to 7 (full-bodied). Serve at room temperature.
