Fan Oven 160°C Gas 4 Pre-heat Oven. 2. Remove diced beef from all packaging. 3. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan, seal and brown the diced beef and transfer to a heatproof casserole dish. 4. Add the required stock and vegetables to the diced beef and cover the casserole dish. 5. Cook until diced beef is tender adding more liquid if necessary. 6. Season and thicken (optional). Country U.K. Storage KEEP REFRIGERATED. Once opened consume within 24 hours and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase, consume within one month of freezing.
