British Eagle Morgan Mens Bike

The British Eagle Morgan is the Go-to bike if you are looking for a bike to cover great distances on, but with a more relaxed riding position than a traditional road bike. The Morgan is built to be a great blend of strength, durability and lightness and a work-horse whether used for long- distance touring or for regular commutes. The 4-point rear carrier can handle loads of up-to 25Kgs and has mounting points for luggage straps. The wheelset is both strong and lightweight and offers up Kenda Trekking tyres in order to provide low rolling resistance but good grip on all terrains. The frame is made from lightweight 6061 alloy and has been designed to offer good control and rigidity, yet is forgiving enough to make for an enjoyable ride. Coupled with the lightweight 6061 Alloy frame is a lightweight Chromoly fork which offers improved strength over traditional forks. The steering is controlled from a lightweight ALT alloy a-head stem with 90mm reach, 3-stack spacers and a compact alloy drop handlebar. Fully integrated Shimano STi shifters and brake levers are built into the handlebar design so that you can quickly change gears and brake without moving your hands, whatever position you ride in. The full Shimano drive system provides 24 smooth changing gears to tackle any hills whilst a premium KMC branded chain will swallow up the miles for hassle free riding. Braking is supplied to the machine CNCd rims courtesy of Tektro alloy V- brakes. Quick release front and rear wheel hubs assist with the process of changing tyres or storage and provide hassle free wheel removal and fitting. The British Eagle saddle is foam moulded for comfort and mounted on a ALT micro-adjust seat post for fine adjustment with a long 300mm length. 170mm Shimano Alloy cranks further reduce weight, and provide great strength to the drive system.
