Utterly delicious. As youd expect from RR. Spink & Sons, we prepare our smoked salmon by hand, using the very best Scottish salmon, and curing with sea salt & Demerara sugar, before kiln smoking using a blend of native woods. This product is ready to eat, pre-sliced, boneless and can be enjoyed hot or cold. Its suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.Our delicious, melt-in-the-mouth Cold Smoked Salmon is carefully prepared by hand in Scotland using the finest natural ingredients. We source the best sustainably-raised Scottish salmon which we then cure by hand using sea salt & demerara sugar before smoking it in small batches with a specially selected blend of wood for a slightly sweet medium smoke flavour.
