Our tasty kiln roast salmon is prepared by hand in Arbroath using the finest Scottish salmon simply cured with sea salt and Demerara sugar in order to bring out the best of the fish. A shorter smoking time using our special selection of native British wood-types at a higher temperature gives a meaty, succulent and flaky texture perfect for either eating as it is, or as use as an ingredient. This product is ready to eat, pre-sliced, boneless and can be enjoyed hot or cold. Its suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.Our succulent Kiln Roast Smoked Salmon is carefully prepared by hand in Scotland using the finest natural ingredients. We source the best sustainably-raised Scottish salmon which we then cure by hand using sea salt & demerara sugar before smoking it in small batches with a specially selected blend of wood for a slightly sweet medium smoked flavour.
