Price per kg: £11.96, These tender stems, delicious leaves and beautiful sprouts are not only colourful but very tasty too. We get ours from a small farm in Worcestershire specialised in growing this fabulous vegetable. Nutty and flavoursome, with delicious edible leaves, this delicacy is the ideal accompaniment to a proper Sunday roast. They go really well with a hint of citrus, to liven up the taste.Boil the florets in plenty of water, and serve warm with melted butter and lemon juice or with garlic & sesame.
