As the season progresses we source them from Southern France, from a grower who specialises in stone fruits. His south-facing orchard is located in the hills of Montauban. He manages the leafy tree canopy to ensure that each fruit enjoys consistent exposure to the sun.The fruit is allowed to ripen fully on the tree; this means that the nectarines have to be handled very carefully from the moment they are picked.Natoora sources fruit & vegetables grown for flavour, supplying you with the same produce used by top chefs.
