We cook our pork for you using a method called sous vide. Sous Vide is French for under vacuum. This is the cooking method of marinating meat then vacuum sealing it and steam cooking at a low temperature for hours to guarantee the meat will be succulent and tender, cooking in their own juices for unbeatable flavour.Serving suggestion: Pulled pork is so versatile! With or without the sauce sachet, you can use it in a stir fry, omelette or salad. Put it in a bun, sandwich, pitta bread or tortilla wrap to make a fajita or burrito.
