Elaborar 24 Months Cabernet Sauvignon Tempranillo Garnacha

Price per 75cl: £11.99, Cabernet Sauvignon - Spanish Red Wine. Elaborar; meaning to elaborate comes from the belief that the Spanish winemaker acts as more a nurturer of the vines and grapes rather than purely a producer. This extra special care and attention is evident in this wonderful range of premium quality wines. Elaborar is intense ruby red in colour with perfumed aromas of juicy bramble fruits and rich red cherry. Ageing for twenty four months in toasty oak gives the wine incredible complexity offering earthy characteristics which are met by a hint of black pepper and well-rounded finish. A perfect accompaniment served at room temperature to a pan seared fillet steak with a tomato and balsamic salad.13.5% Vol.
