£99.94 per kg, Hand Picked Dorset Lobster MeatAll of our lobster is caught by the same small group of Dorset potting dayboats who land crab to us daily. Lobster are plentiful around the Dorset coast and we fish them sustainably in baited pots. Like our crab we steam on landing and deliver directly to Ocado ourselves the same day; to preserve flavour and texture we do not pasteurise.Meat yield on a lobster is about 20 percent. Our 150g tubs therefore contain the meat from a medium sized lobster weighing around 750g.
