£1.66 per kg, White De-icing Salt (Pure marine) The high level of purity in the marine salt enables our salt to work faster and more effectively than the traditional grits, with NO added sand or grit so it leaves very little residue after the snow & ice melts away. Any salt that is left can simply be washed away with water making it ideal for domestic areas, such as garden paths, steps and driveways. Although the salt will melt the snow & ice away if applied after snow/frost, it performs best when spread BEFORE the snow and ice comes so it can prevent it from bonding with the ground. Keep an eye on the weather forecasts and if they predict sub-zero temperatures or even snowfall, spread the rock salt as early as you can to cover the area. Defrosts paths, driveways and roads Melts snow and ice Leaves no residue or stains Perfect for prolonged storage Handy carry size
