Fan 180°C Gas 6 Pre-heat Oven. 2. Remove meatballs from all packaging. 3. Place evenly onto a baking tray with raised edges. 4. Cook near middle of the oven until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked piping hot and no pink colour remains. 5. Turn occasionally. 6. Drain well before serving. Shallow Fry Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. 2. Remove meatballs from all packaging. 3. Carefully place the meatballs into the frying pan. 4. Fry over a medium heat until the meatballs are piping hot thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. 5. Turn occasionally. 6. Reduce heat if necessary. 7. Drain well before serving.
