Grill 20 Minutes 1. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. 2. Remove required amount of burgers from packaging. 3. Place on to the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill at the furthest point from the heat. 4. Turn occasionally, reducing the heat to low if necessary. Shallow Fry 20 Minutes 1. Pre-heat frying pan. 2. Lightly spray the frying pan with low calorie cooking spray. 3. Remove required amount of burgers from packaging and add to the pan. 4. Fry over a medium/low heat, turning frequently. Wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before placing the burgers on the barbecue. Cook times will vary depending on size and type of barbecue. Ensure the burgers are thoroughly cooked, piping hot and the juices run clear. We recommend grilling or frying the burgers and finishing on the barbecue.
