Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. 1. Remove lobster tails from all packaging and place on a plate. 2. Refrigerate once defrosted and cook within 24 hours. Refrigerate once defrosted and cook within 24 hours. Simmer 8- 9 Minutes 1. Place lobster tails into a pan of boiling water. 2. Cook for time stated, reduce heat if necessary (ensure the pan does not boil dry). 3. Place on a chopping board and carefully cut in half down the centre of the tail. Shallow Fry 5- 6 Minutes 1. Cut the lobster tails down the back with a sharp pair of scissors. 2. Crack open and remove the meat from the shell. 3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. 4. Fry lobster for time stated, turning occasionally to ensure an even cook ( optional - add a knob of butter to the pan). Fan Oven 180c 25- 28 Minutes Gas 6 25- 28 Minutes For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. 1. Pre-heat oven. 2. Cut the lobster tails down the back with a sharp pair of scissors. 3. Ease open and place a knob of butter in the centre of the tail. 4.
