Stir Fry 15 Minutes 1. Remove from packaging, place butter pellets to one side. 2. Heat a little water (3 cm deep) in a frying pan or wok over a medium heat. 3. Cook carrot baubles and orange over a medium/low heat, add a little more water if necessary. 4. Stir occasionally, reduce heat if necessary, after 10 minutes add butter to the pan. Fan 180ºC 40 Minutes Gas 6 40- 45 Minutes For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. 1. Pre-heat oven. 2. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. 3. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 4. 20 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, stir, return to oven for 20 mins fan (20 - 25 mins Gas). Stir, recover with film. Cook for a further 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 5. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
