Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Drain before cooking. Remove outer packaging < film lid. 3. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for time stated. 4. Stand for 10 minutes before carving. Carving Instruction (once cooked) 1. Remove the Beef Joint from the foil tray and place onto a carving board. 2. Slice across the joint to achieve slices of desired thickness.
