Grill Medium Heat 15- 18 Minutes 1. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. 2. Remove fillet(s) from all packaging. 3. Place on the base of the grill pan. 4. Turn halfway through cooking time. Fan 180ºC 25- 30 Minutes Gas 6 25- 30 Minutes For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. 1. Pre-heat oven. 2. Remove fillet(s) from all packaging. 3. Wrap in foil. 4. Place on middle shelf on a baking tray for time stated. Cat E 800w FULL POWER 5 Minutes Based on 1 fillet 1. Remove fillet from all packaging. 2. Place on a microwavable plate. 3.
