Fan Oven 180°C Gas 6 35- 40 Minutes 1. Pre-heat oven. 2. Remove from all packaging. 3. Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven. 4. 20 minutes into cooking time carefully separate, return to the oven for a further 15 - 20 minutes. Grill (approx) 22- 25 Minutes 1. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. 2. Remove from all packaging. 3. Place on the wire rack of a grillpan. 4. Grill turning ocasasionally, carefully separate once defrosted. 5.
