Kilner Jam Jar Cellophane Discs and Elastic Bands - 100 x 10

This pack of cellophone discs and elastic bands are designed to sit on top of your freshly made jams and preserves. Just fill your jam jar with your chosen recipe and place a wax disc on top; this will stop air from getting to your preserve and spoiling it. When the preserve is nearly cold you need to place a dampened cellophane cover over the top of the jar and secure it using an elastic band. As the cellophane cover dries it will shrink to form an airtight seal. This will protect your preserve until you are ready to eat it.
