We cook our Prime Lamb Shanks until they are Fall off the bone tender in the meats natural juices and a rich minted gravy, the flavours merge perfectly for a truly delicious dining experience that is worthy of royalty. Thats why were the Kings of Low and Slow!! We cook our Lamb using a technique called Sous Vide, this is French for under vacuum. This is the method of cooking meat by vacuum sealing it with the gravy and steam cooking at 90ºC for hours to guarantee that it will be will be succulent and tender, cooking in their own juices for unbeatable flavour.
