IKOpro Synthaprufe Trade is a blend of bitumen emulsion and synthetic rubber latex and can be used to damp proof structure below, at or above ground level. IKOpro Synthaprufe Trade can be used as a liquid applied bonded damp proof membrane on solid concrete floors and damp proofing of interior masonry wall surfaces Bonds with great strength to a range of building materials Suitable for damp proofing concrete floors, foundations and masonry walls below, at or above ground level Can also be used to protect retaining wall structures Apply cold with a brushes for a cost effective and low labour application For use on floors, 1st coat covers 1m²/litre and 2nd coat covers 1.5 m²/litre For use on walls, each coat covers 2m²/litre At 20°C and a relative humidity level of 50% the IKOpro Synthaprufe Trade will take 8 hours to dry
