Fully assembled 3 section fire-resistant timber loft ladder that is ready for easy installation. Ladder sections fold onto the lid. Supplied complete with stile end feet and white insulated fire-resistant hatch with 3 seals for prefect air tightness and metal latch. Special hatch design and materials used provide a 45 minute protection against fire penetration from the space where the loft ladder was installed (EI1 45/El2 45) . 3 year manufacturers warranty. Fully Assembled Ready to Install Complete with fitted handrail and stile end feet Fully finished 80mm fire-resistant Insulated Hatch 80mm deep anti slip treads with dovetail joints Treads 34cm wide with permitted load of 160kg Triple system of seals for perfect air tightnees. -U value 0.6w/m2k Metal closing latch with operating pole supplied Ceiling Height up to 280cm, easily trimmed to length Ceiling trim and othe accessories readily available. 3 year manufacturers warranty
