Wrap loosely in foil and place on baking tray in the centre of the oven. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on the size of the loins) or until cooked through. For fan assisted ovens, reduce temperature to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas mark 4. Microwave From Frozen 1. Place loins on a microwaveable plate, cover and vent. 2. Put the plate into the microwave < cook for the following: Wattage / Cook on full power (1 fillet) Category B (650W): 4-5 minutes Category D (750W): 3-4 minutes Category E (850W): 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes Caution Take care to avoid hot steam when removing cover.
