For extra richness, fork through a knob of butter or drizzle over a little olive oil. 4 Serve hot or chilled. 5 If using chilled use within 24 hours. For easy measuring of the cous cous use the scoop provided. (eg. for 1 serving fill scoop with cous cous to 80ml fill line and empty into a bowl).
